Our Food Philosophy

It started with our love for fresh produce, and real, wholesome food. Cooked simply, slowly, and packed full of goodness. Served with healthy lashings of green. Void of MSG, additives and preservatives. We continue to stand against highly processed food. We advocate low carbohydrate and minimal sugar. We believe in sustainability and supporting fresh, local produce.

Aussie Beetroot Burger – Beetroot Patty, Alfafa, Lettuce, Tomato, Balsamic Relish, Parmigrianno, Sweet Bun (Vegetarian). In conjunction with Grand Hyatt Singapore.

Chilled Tomato Gazpacho – Tomatoes, Red Peppers, Lemongrass, Basil, Coriander, Sherry Vinegar, Tabasco. Great for this weather.

Mediterranean Whole Fish – Wrapped in Bacon, Lemon, Tomatoes, Dill, Bay Leaf.

Cajun Fries – there’s a reason why we don’t do Truffle Fries. Ask us at the truck. Cajun seasoning is oregano, garlic and salt – lovely and wholesome.

Cold Mentaiko Pasta – Al-dente Angel Hair Pasta, Tobikko, Mentaiko (spicy cod roe), Seaweed, Ebi, Crabmeat.
